Author: Team Venture plans to unveil Dr. Venture’s latest invention, “the Ooo Ray”, to the United Nations in New York City in the hopes of earning a military contract. A Japanese ninja named Otaku Senzuri hears about Cr. Venture’s latest invention and plans to steal ay the presentation in New York. Meanwhile The Monarch tries to get his so called “revenge” on Dr. Venture.
